APPLE CRUMBLE 
6 tart cooking apples
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 stick butter
Cinnamon

Peel and slice apples into buttered 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then sugar. In small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Pour flour mixture over apples and pat into place. Dust with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Delicious served warm with ice cream.
