CROUTON HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger (1 lb. will do)
1 (7 oz.) pkg. croutons
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Spread hamburger in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle with croutons. Add celery, onions and butter to water. Heat until butter melts. Pour over meat and croutons.

Mix soups together, then with a little milk if necessary, pour soups over rest of ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave for 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
