SALMON PATTIES 
5 (1 lb.) cans salmon
1 med. onion, grated
Juice of lemon
Cracker crumbs

WHITE SAUCE:

10 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt

Flake salmon. Add grated onions and lemon juice. Prepare White Sauce. Blend other ingredients with white sauce. Roll in cracker crumbs. Saute in oil until brown.
