CHILI DIP 
15 oz. can Hormel chili (no beans)
8 oz. pepper cheese (cut into sm. pieces)
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Heat chili and cheese over medium heat, stirring frequently until cheese melts and mixture is hot. Add hot sauce and garlic salt. Serve warm or with crackers. Can cook in microwave too.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
