HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground pork (lean shoulder)
1 lb. ground ham, smoked
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. onion, ground
1 raw potato, ground
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. milk

Mix above ingredients well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
