TOFU TACOS 
1 lb. crumbled tofu
1/2 chopped onion
Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese
1 c. lettuce
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes

Heat butter in a frying pan. Saute onions 2 minutes, add garlic, cook 1 minute, then add crumbled tofu and saute until golden browned. Put a spoonful of the tofu mixture in each. Fold and top with the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Serve with your favorite picante sauce. Serves 4.
