EASY (GUY FRIENDLY) PEACH
COBBLER

You can serve this hot or cold. Hot it is great with vanilla bean ice-cream. Cold try a small piece for breakfast in a bowl with milk or cream... it's awesome!

2 cups sugar (or Splenda for baking)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
2 cups milk
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans sliced peaches with syrup
cinnamon and sugar mixed together (optional, just used for sprinkling)

Note: I like to split the flours but you may use just 2 cups of one-kind. Self-rising does just that and all-purpose will give you a great base with plenty of peachy filling. Either way this will taste great!

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl mix the sugar, both flours, vanilla (if using), and milk with a wire whisk, mix will be liquidy but don't worry.

Grease a 9x13-inch glass baking pan, pour in one can of the peaches (syrup and all). Pour in one half of your batter. Then add the other can but only use half of the syrup this time. Then add the rest of your batter. Sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar mix, if desired

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how the top looks (should be a nice golden caramel brown in color). Enjoy!
