VEGETABLE SANDWICHES 
1 peeled cucumber
1 green pepper
1 fresh tomato (do not peel)
1 carrot
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Chop everything real fine but do not put in blender. Mix together:

3 tbsp. boiling water

Add 1 package of unflavored gelatin. Dissolve. Add salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring and add chopped vegetables as you stir.

Pour into a Tupperware dish with lid and set in refrigerator for several hours. Makes 3 loaves bread cut into finger size sandwiches. Can be used on crackers.
