VEGETABLES SANDWICH 
3/4 c. carrots
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. green onion or other onion
1/4 c. cucumbers
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. tomatoes (optional)
Salt and pepper

Grind vegetables; add salt and pepper. Blend together mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add to vegetable mixture. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
