SNOWBALL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. flour or a bit less
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped very fine

Cream butter and powdered sugar; add flour gradually and vanilla and chopped nuts. Roll into a ball the size of a walnut. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Shake warm cookies in baggie of powdered sugar.
