LULU'S POTATO CASSEROLE | |
6 potatoes, boiled 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/3 c. green onion, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 2 c. sour cream, at room temperature 2 tbsp. butter Peel potatoes and shred. Add cheese, 1/4 cup butter, melted. Add green onion, salt and pepper to sour cream. Then add this mixture to potato mixture. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and drizzle over top. Bake approximately 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8. |
