MASH POTATO CASSEROLE 
9 potatoes or 6 1/2 lbs. Russet potatoes
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. onion salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel, cut, boil and mash potatoes before adding all the other ingredients. When boiling the potatoes, do them all together. Put lightly greased 9 x 14 inch pan, bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. This is great for a crowd and can be made ahead of time.
