ORLY'S DILL CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese (room temperature, important)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dill seed
Up to 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2-2 1/3 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Let rise until doubled in size. Punch down. Place in well greased 1 1/2-2 quart casserole dish. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt (optional). Yield 1 loaf.
