SUPER HEALTH MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. raisins
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. All Bran

Mix first 8 ingredients together in separate bowl. Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over dry mixture. Mix just until flour is blended in. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees until done - 15 minutes.

Note: I use rye flour instead of whole wheat - still tastes good.
