COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg whites

Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until golden. Remove from pan at once.
