COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in egg whites and extract; mix well. Drop by teaspoon size on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned around edge. Remove from baking sheet at once.
