If you want your own home-made marshmallow fluff, then use this. If that's not what you're looking for, I suggest you look else where.

Much like marshmallow frosting similar to commercial sheet cake icing. Versatile and fun for kids cakes, very forgiving and tasty. I love to use it for ice cream cone cakes piping over the cupcake like soft serve. Not well in heat or direct sunlight.

Very much like marshmallow fluff. Almost like a meringue. I toasted mine under the broiler- perfect for smore's cupcakes

My mother and I used to make this when I was little girl. It was the ONLY frosting I would eat. Every birthday cake I had as a child had this frosting on it. Unfortunately, over the last 30 years or so, the recipe was lost. I have been searching for this recipe everywhere, and could only find it with sugar added or as Italian Meringue. This frosting is good in ANY flavor as well (add cocoa or different extracts). Thank you so much for sharing! My husband is eating the cake I just made, as I'm typing this. :)
