STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 qt. cleaned strawberries
Baked pie shell
Cool whip or whipped cream

Cook water, cornstarch, and sugar until clear. Add Jello; mix and pour over strawberries on a baked pie shell. Chill and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
