DIVINE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
6 boned chicken breasts
Garlic salt
Butter
Grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
1 can chicken soup
3 tbsp. sherry
Almonds

(Cook in butter, salt, and pepper wrapped in foil for 1 hour at 350 degrees).

Cook broccoli. Place layer of broccoli on bottom and layer of chicken pieces in casserole dish. Sprinkle all over with garlic salt and chunks of butter. Cover lightly with grated cheese and sprinkle with almonds. Mix soup, sour cream, milk, and 1 cup grated cheese, and sherry. Beat and pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
