CHICKEN DIVINE 
1 chicken or 4 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
2 1/2 c. brown rice (raw)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans chicken broth
1/2-1 c. minced onion
1/2-1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms, minced
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix with all other ingredients into casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
