SKILLET BEEF STEW 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip reduce calorie salad dressing
3/4 lb. sirloin or round steak, cubed
2 c. (3/4 lb.) peeled, cubed potatoes
4 carrots, sliced 2 inches thick
1 sm. onion, quartered
1 c. water
1 tsp. basil leaves

In a 10 inch skillet stir together the salad dressing, beef and vegetables. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes then stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 or 30 minutes.
