SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 Pillsbury hot roll mix
2 lbs. Bob Evans sausage (hot)
2 1/2 to 3 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/2 med. onions
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 egg

Prepare hot roll mix following directions on box. Roll it out really big. Cook sausage. Drain sausage when done. add grated Swiss cheese, onion, parsley, Tabasco sauce and egg to the sausage. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour sausage mixture evenly out onto the rolled out dough.

Roll it all up so it looks like a big croissant. Place on large cookie sheet. Cover with a towel and let sit over a sink full of hot water for 30 minutes. Butter and bake for 25 minutes or until brown at 375 degrees.
