1 2/3 c. (lg. can) evaporated milk
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring vigorously. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat with hand beaters for 1 minute. Serve hot or cold on ice cream. Good with a hunk of peanut butter added.
