CORNBREAD 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour 1/4 c. cooking oil in baking pan; let heat up in oven while mixing ingredients.

Mix flour, cornmeal and sugar in mixing bowl. Add milk and egg to dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour in heated baking dish.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until top springs up.
