COLD CRAB DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 grated onion
Paprika
Cayenne (red) pepper
1 can crab meat

Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream. Add onion and seasoning. Blend. Then add crab meat. Let stand at least 1/2 hour. Serve with butter crackers.
