GRANDMA'S ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
Potatoes
Whipping cream

Slice raw potatoes into a bowl (Pyrex). Use the amount of potatoes you will need to serve the group you will be serving. Pour whipping cream over the potatoes until it reaches the top. Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, for 2 hours. The top will become nice and brown. Let sit out of oven 15 minutes before serving so potatoes absorb cream. Do not salt while baking as cream will curdle. No calories or cholesterol!
