GRANDMA'S POTATO SOUP 
10 med. potatoes
3 c. water
3/4 stick butter
2-3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 bunch fresh broccoli or whole frozen pkg.
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 1/2 onion, chopped

Peel and chop potatoes into small pieces. Cover potatoes and bring to a boil. Add chopped onion, broccoli and bouillon cubes. Simmer until it will "mush". Add butter, milk, and cheese. Puree in food processor or blender if desired. Add milk to desired thickness. Add sour cream just before serving. Heat, but do not boil. Serve topped with sliced cheese, popcorn, or crackers.
