GRANDMA'S SOUP | |
1-1 1/2 lb. stew meat 3/4 tsp. celery seed 1 1/2 tsp. salt Water 1 (15 oz.) can Triple Succotash 1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni Fill 4 quart saucepan 1/2 full with water. Add stew meat, celery seed and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 1/2 hours or longer, covered, until meat is tender. Add succotash and macaroni. Cook (simmer at low heat) for additional 15-30 minutes. (Add hot water if needed.) |
