GRANDMA'S POTATOES 
4 c. potatoes, cooked & cubed
4 slices of toast
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 stick butter

Mix potatoes and vegetables together. Place in casserole dish. Cut up butter and place on top of potatoes and vegetables. Scrape the toast making crumbs and put on top of butter - cut up what you can't scrape. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until butter has melted.
