2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
Apples, sliced

Combine butter, eggs, milk and sugar, cream together. Add dry ingredients. Batter will be crumbly. Flour hands, press onto greased cookie sheet. Slice apples and press on top of dough in a row formation. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Dot with butter. Peaches or plums may be used in place of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
