SALSA 
16 c. chopped tomatoes
4 c. green peppers, chopped
4 c. chopped onions
1 c. jalapeno (canned is fine)
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. alum
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salt
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste

Food processor may be used to chop vegetables. Bring all to a boil and simmer about 1 hour. Put into jars and seal.
