SPAGHETTI BEEF CREOLE 
Uses leftover spaghetti.

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. Crisco
1 c. cooked tomatoes (canned)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cooked spaghetti
1 c. cooked lima beans OR corn
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown onion and ground beef in Crisco, stirring to mix thoroughly. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes. Combine separately spaghetti, lima beans, and mushroom soup. Alternate layer of spaghetti mixture and ground beef mixture in casserole brushed with Crisco. Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
