CREAMY BEEF SPAGHETTI 
1/2 c. green onion slices
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mushroom slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, chopped

Saute green onion and mushrooms in butter. Add cream cheese and milk. Stir until cheese is melted. Toss with spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, and meat. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. 4 to 6 servings.
