FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. milk
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 sq. chocolate, unsweetened
1 1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cook over medium heat. Stir until forms soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Beat until thick. Pour in buttered baking dish.
