CRANBERRY AND APPLE CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. peeled, diced apples
2 c. fresh whole cranberries
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar (or less)

TOPPING:

3 pkgs. instant oatmeal, cinnamon and spice
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. or less packed brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine apples, cranberries and flour. Add white sugar. Put in a 2-quart casserole. Combine topping ingredients and put on top of casserole. Decorate with whole cranberries and/or pecan/walnut halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbling. This is great and delicious with the turkey at Thanksgiving!
