1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
48 chocolate candy kisses

Combine all ingredients except candy in large bowl. Mix on low speed until dough forms. Shape dough into balls using a rounded teaspoon for each one.

Roll dough balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Top each cookies with a candy kiss immediately. Press down firmly to crack cookies around edges.
