1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Pkg. milk chocolate candy kisses

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, cream sugar, brown sugar and butter. Blend in peanut butter, milk, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into 1 inch ball; roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Immediately top each cookie with a milk chocolate candy kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
