VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen California vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Bread Crumbs
1 stick melted butter

Layer vegetables, soup, cheese, bread crumbs and pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (less time if vegetables are thawed).
