CLAM CAKES 
2 eggs
2 cans minced clams
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. clam liquor
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. baking powder

Combine flour, baking powder, milk, clam liquor and seasonings into a batter. Stir in clams, mixing thoroughly. Drop from spoon into deep, hot oil and cook for 1 minute or until golden brown.
