QUICK APPLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. self rising flour
6 med. apples, pared, cored & sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix dry ingredients. Sprinkle 1/2 of dry mix on bottom of 1 pie crust. Slice apples over top, sprinkle rest of dry mix over top. Cover with second pie shell, seal edges, vent top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
