BRATWURST WITH POTATOES 
1 lb. fully cooked bratwurst
3 lg. potatoes, pared & diced
1 c. water or beef broth
3 apples, pared & diced
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Place bratwurst, potatoes and water or broth into wide skillet and simmer until water evaporates and potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Add apples to pan.
