CORN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream style corn
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco
4 oz. green chilies
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese

Combine corn muffin mix, eggs, milk, corn, salt, Tabasco, and green chilies. Spread in lightly greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Carefully spread sour cream over top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
