CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan halves
3 oz. caramel liqueur (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
Few drops yellow food color
10-inch unbaked pie shell

Stir ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 60-65 minutes at 350 degrees. Pie is done when center rises, then drops.
