CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. self rising flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix by hand in pan you bake it in (9" Pyrex).

TOPPING;
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa (or less, to taste)
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix above and pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. May be served with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
