HEARTY TUNA BISCUIT PIE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained 6 refrigerator biscuits, cut in half 1 tbsp. melted butter Parmesan cheese In 8" square baking dish, blend soup, milk and juice until smooth, stir in tuna and vegetables. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir mixture, top with border of biscuits, brush biscuits with butter, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 minutes more or until biscuits are brown. 4 servings. |
