TUNA BAKED BISCUITS 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced celery
1 sm. carrot, grated
2 tbsp. sweet relish
1 (10 count) pkg. refrigerated biscuits

Mix first 5 ingredients; separate biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, roll them into the shape of a flat pancake. Spoon tuna salad onto 5 of the circles. Top with remaining circles.

Seal by pressing around edges with fork. Put on ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. These can be served warm or cold from the refrigerator.
