TUNA AND CHEESE BISCUIT ROLL 
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans tuna
1/4 lb. cheese

SAUCE:

2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

BISCUIT:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 or 4 tbsp. Crisco
3 tsp. baking soda

Make the sauce over low heat. Add tuna and cheese. Set aside.

Mix up biscuits. Roll out a portion of the biscuit mix and put about 1 cup of tuna mixture in. Roll up and pinch together ends. Repeat for rest. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
