CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES WITH
BISCUITS
 
16 oz. Reames frozen egg noodles
1 (6 oz.) canned chicken or tuna
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
3 c. shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese

Cook noodles in boiling water 20 minutes. Drain noodles and combine with chicken or tuna and mixed vegetables. Heat together mushroom soup and 3/4 cup milk and 2 cups shredded cheese to make sauce.

In greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish combine noodle mixture and cheese sauce. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and 2/3 cup milk in bowl. Drop by spoonsful to form 6 biscuits around edge of casserole.

Return to oven and bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 2 or 3 more minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
