PRETZEL SALAD 
LAYER 1:

2 2/3 c. pretzels, crushed (stick pretzels preferred)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix ingredients together and spread in square or round glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely before adding other layers.

LAYER 3:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix ingredients together; set aside to begin to jell - approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Checking on it to make sure consistency is not too thick.

LAYER 2:

12 oz. cream cheese
1 carton Cool Whip
1 c. sugar

Mix ingredients together well and place over cooled pretzels; cover well so there are no air holes. Pour Jello mixture on top and chill overnight.
