MEXICAN PRONTO 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
8 oz. chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. enchilada sauce
1/2-1 c. milk
10-15 tortillas

Brown meat and onions. Add chilies and enchilada sauce. Mix. Stir in soup and milk to make a thick sauce. In a casserole dish, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 5 more minutes. Serves 6.
